To capture a mobile deposit:
- Tap Check deposit from the app.
- Select the account you wish to deposit money to.
- Enter the monetary amount of the check.
- Take a picture of the front and back of the check. Ensure there is adequate lighting and be sure to place the check on a dark background to ensure a good image is captured.
- Select Deposit.
You can see if the check has been accepted by tapping the History tab within Check deposits. In this tab, you can view the last six months of check deposits, including the check images.
After the funds have been accepted, you can shred the deposited check. You should not destroy the check until you confirm the funds have been received.
