By default, you'll receive alerts for the preferred transactions made with your card. You can choose to receive alerts based on merchant type, transaction type, location, or spend limit.
- In Card Defense®, select Alerts and Controls.
- Under Send Alerts for, you can choose to send alerts for all transactions, preferred transactions, or blocked transactions only.
- Within each main category, select the subcategory for each type of alert that you would like to add. Toggle the button next to Send Alerts from No to Yes.
- For spend limit alerts, toggle the alerts On, then enter the dollar amount you want to use as the limit. You will be alerted to any transaction above that amount. When you’re done, click or tap Save.
To turn off the alerts for a subcategory, toggle the button next to Send Alerts from Yes to No.
