Processing - The vendor received the notification for your rewards and is verifying your transaction. 

Received - The vendor verified your transaction match and your cash back is on it's way! 

Failed - An issue occurred with your reward. Please contact us through chat or by calling 1-800-926-0003 so we can further investigate your rewards.
