To dispute a transaction, select Transaction dispute under Connect with us. Select the account and the unauthorized transaction you wish to dispute to continue. After answering a few more questions regarding the transaction, accept the terms and conditions, initial and type your name, then click Preview. Review the details of your dispute and click Submit.


Please only submit one dispute per transaction. Multiple disputes for the same transaction won’t affect how quickly it will be resolved.


This service can’t be used to dispute a credit card transaction. If you need to dispute a credit card transaction, select Manage my credit card under Manage account. On the Account Home page, select View Transactions. Click Dispute Transaction next to the unauthorized transaction to begin the dispute. You may also call 1-866-820-5866 to dispute a credit card transaction.
