Alerts are a way to stay on top of your account activity by notifying you of balance changes or transactions in your accounts in near-real time.  Within online banking, you’re able to choose to receive alerts as an email, text message, or both by providing your email address and/or cell phone number.  Within our mobile app, you’re able to choose to receive push notifications that will provide messages to your mobile device.

Depending upon the alert type that you’re setting up, you’ll be required to provide additional information necessary for the alert/push notification.  For all alerts, you’ll have to specify which account is associated with the alert and the delivery option.  In addition, you can provide an optional message that you want associated with the alert.
