1. Within online banking, navigate to the Alerts and Notifications screen one of the following ways:
    1. Through My Settings:
      1. From the upper right-hand menu, select My Settings.
      2. At the bottom of the page under Other Settings, select Alerts and Notifications.
    2. Through Manage account:
      1. From the main menu, select Manage account.
      2. Select Alerts and notifications.
    3. Through Notifications:
      1. From the upper right-hand menu, select Notifications.
      2. At the bottom of the page, select Settings.
    4. Through Notifications, View All:
      1. From the upper right-hand menu, select Notifications.
      2. At the bottom of the page, select View All.
      3. From the right-hand Alert Settings section, select Go to alert settings.
    5. Through Account History:
      1. From the main menu, select My accounts.
      2. Select the account.
      3. On the right-side of the Account History screen, under Other services, select Set text message alerts. 
  2. Make any changes.


Note(s):  

  • For any alert, you’re able to provide an optional message that you want associated with the alert.  To enter/change this optional message:
  1. Hover over the alert.
  2. Select More Options.
  3. Select Add a personal message.
  4. Enter/Update your personal message.
  5. Select Save.  
  • To provide/update an email address to receive email alerts:
  1. Select Update under the Email alerts are sent to prompt at the top of the page.
  2. Enter valid email address.
  3. Select Save.
  • To provide/update a cell phone number to receive text message alerts:
  1. Select Change or add number under the Text message alerts are sent to prompt at the top of the page.
  2. Enter valid cell phone number.
  3. Select Activate.
  4. Enter verification code.
  5. Read Mobile verification agreement.
  6. Select Accept.
  7. Select Done.
