Within online banking, navigate to the Alerts and Notifications screen one of the following ways:

  1. Through My Settings:
    1. From the upper right-hand menu, select My Settings.
    2. At the bottom of the page under Other Settings, select Alerts and Notifications.
  2. Through Manage account:
    1. From the main menu, select Manage account.
    2. Select Alerts and notifications.
  3. Through Notifications:
    1. From the upper right-hand menu, select Notifications.
    2. At the bottom of the page, select Settings.
  4. Through Notifications, View All:
    1. From the upper right-hand menu, select Notifications.
    2. At the bottom of the page, select View All.
    3. From the right-hand Alert Settings section, select Go to alert settings.
  5. Through Account History:
    1. From the main menu, select My accounts.
    2. Select the account.
    3. On the right-side of the Account History screen, under Other services, select Set text message alerts. 

 

Once you’ve navigated to the Alerts and Notifications screen:

  1. Hover over the alert you wish to delete.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. Verify the alert information.
  4. Select Remove.

1. Deselect both email and text check boxes to stop receiving an alert.
